IT之家 7 月 5 日消息，索尼公司昨日（7 月 4 日）在其日本官网发布公告，称收到大量用户反馈报告，Xperia 1 VII 旗舰智能手机存在自动关机、随机重启和无法开机等问题，因此决定在日本境内暂停铺货和销售。

IT之家注：索尼于今年 5 月推出旗舰智能手机 Xperia 1 VII，不过在发售之后，收到大量用户反馈手机自动关机、随机重启甚至无法开机的问题报告。

对于无法开机的 Xperia 1 VII 用户，索尼建议同时按下电源键和音量上键大约 20 秒，以尝试恢复手机，然后应用最新的软件更新。如果这些步骤无效，索尼建议用户联系其售后团队。

索尼在页面中表示正积极调查导致问题的原因，而最新发布的软件更新，可能更多的是预防措施，而不是真正的解决方案。
