LogProstyle (LGPS) shares were sharply higher Monday after the company reported fiscal 2025 earnings per share of 34.76 Japanese yen ($0.23), up from 15.37 yen a year earlier.
In its first results since an initial public offering in April, the Japanese real estate firm reported revenue for the year ended March 31 of 20.65 billion yen, up from 14.12 billion yen in fiscal 2024.
Analyst estimates weren't available for comparison.
Separately, LogProstyle said its board approved a share repurchase program to acquire nearly 1 million shares for a total of $543,455. The repurchases are expected to be executed between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
The company's shareholders also approved a cash dividend of $0.023 per share, payable on August 5 to shareholders of record on July 7.
