消息面上，中国碳中和发布公告称，与北京中宏蓝海牧业科技发展有限公司(北京中宏蓝海)，正式签署战略合作协议。双方将在碳达峰碳中和及新能源产业领域深入开展合作，总投资额预计为人民币100亿元。董事局认为，本次与北京中宏蓝海签署的战略框架协议，有利于集团碳达峰碳中和及新能源产业领域市场的拓展，双方将深入挖掘双碳相关合作机会，推动新能源基础设施规模化落地，并通过电池回收业务完善碳中和产业闭环。
