Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited has released its business update and unaudited operational information for June 2025. The company reported a slight decline in its Hong Kong Ecommerce Business, attributed to the impact following the May Thankful Festival. The Average Daily Gross Merchandise Value $(GMV.AU)$ on Order Intake decreased by 0.9%, reaching HK$21.8 million, compared to HK$22.0 million in May 2025. The aggregated monthly GMV on Order Intake totaled HK$653.0 million, down from HK$683.0 million in the previous month. Additionally, the number of unique customers dropped to 601,000 from 611,000 in May, while monthly active users of the HKTVmall App slightly decreased to 1.59 million from 1.60 million. On a Group basis, for the first six months ending 30 June 2025, the total GMV on Order Intake was approximately HK$4.183 billion, indicating a mild year-on-year decrease of 1.2% compared to the same period in 2024.
