智通财经APP讯，帝王国际投资(00928)发布公告，于2025年7月7日，公司或其指定附属公司安各洛(深圳)合成生物实业发展有限公司(安各洛合成)、安各洛(深圳)生物技术有限公司(安各洛生物技术)、深圳超氧纪元生物科技有限公司(深圳超氧)及王晓凤(合营伙伴)于中国成立了一间合营企业。该合资企业由公司持有34%，合营伙伴持有63%。公司及合营伙伴已分别按其各自股权比例，以现金或资产向合营企业的股本注资340万港元及630万港元。截至本公告日期，集团预期将不会对合营企业作出进一步注资承诺。该合资企业将于集团的综合财务报表中列作于联营公司的投资。
公告称，成立合营企业为各方提供宝贵机会，以善用各自的资源及专业知识，为彼此创造互惠互利及协同效应。此举将达致更有效率的营运及加强产品市场推广，从而进一步推动集团的医疗保健业务。因此，董事会认为成立合营企业符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
