万丽(香港)有限公司执行董事杨树楠表示，东边街九号新一张价单涉及39伙，售价较首批单位略高，主要由于今次推出单位属楼层较高的一批单位，分布于物业12楼至26楼，撇除楼层因素，属原价加推。
