嘉里建设(00683.HK) 旗下元朗南“朗日峰”今日(8日)公布首张价单，涉及30个单位，涵盖10个一房及20个两房户型，实用面积278至407平方呎，扣除最高折扣18%后，折实呎价由10,388元起。
第1号价单所列售价由448.78万起。扣减最高折扣优惠后计，该批单位的折实售价由368万至510.04万，折实呎价介乎10,388至14,474元，折实均呎12,142元。
嘉里发展有限公司董事及香港区总经理汤耀宗表示，顶目于本周开放示范单位，计划在周末收票，最快下周开售。
他续指，集团就项目采取惜售策略，但不排除稍后加推单位应市。项目定价已参考朗天峰近期的成交价格，并指出与朗天峰第5号价单的呎价比较，项目仍有竞争优势。
