7月8日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局发布批复，批准西班牙桑坦德银行有限公司筹建深圳分行。

　　西班牙桑坦德银行有限公司自接到本批复之日起15日内到深圳金融监管局领取开业申请表，并按有关规定开展深圳分行的筹建工作。在筹建期内，西班牙桑坦德银行有限公司应成立“西班牙桑坦德银行有限公司深圳分行筹备组”，指定筹备组负责筹建事项，并将筹备组负责人名单报告深圳金融监管局。

　　该筹备组应接受深圳金融监管局的监督、检查和指导，不得从事金融业务活动。筹建期结束时该筹备组解散。

　　筹建工作完成后，西班牙桑坦德银行有限公司应按照《条例》和《实施办法》等有关规定向深圳金融监管局提出开业申请。
