Super Group (SGHC) said Tuesday it lifted its 2025 outlook and plans to exit its US iGaming operations as part of an ongoing strategic review.
The company said it now expects fiscal 2025 revenue of more than $2 billion, compared with $1.93 billion anticipated previously.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.11 billion.
Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for the year are projected to exceed $480 million, up from the company's prior projection of $457 million, Super Group said.
The company plans to exit its US iGaming operations owing to the unit's financial performance and developing regulatory landscape, it said, adding that it anticipates related one-time restructuring cash cost of $30 million to $40 million.
