能源公司Energy World Corporation Ltd (ASX股票代码:EWC)股价异动，近两日累计飙涨319%。

EWC最新价0.088澳元，已发行股本30.8亿股，市值2.71亿澳元。截止一季度末公司账面现金结余2246万美元。

EWC 宣布与贷款人EWI和Slipform公司达成协议，将总计4.32亿美元的未偿还债务转换为股份（须经股东批准）。EWI/Slipform合并持股比例将从41%增加到约53%。

EWC 表示贷款人将继续支持公司核心业务，发展其菲律宾和印尼的电力与液化天然气项目。

转换股将以0.88澳元的价格发行，约为30天加权平均价的44倍。

同时公司任命Edward McCartin为首席执行官，7月1日起生效。Brian Allen在任职24年后辞去董事总经理及董事局主席职务。
