新加坡数据中心房地产投资信托基金 NTT DC REIT 周一表示，计划通过在本国交易所进行首次公开募股（IPO）筹集约 7.73 亿美元的总收益。

　　NTT DC REIT 的发起方（即支持者）为 NTT 有限公司，该公司隶属于日本电信巨头日本电报电话公司（NTT）。NTT DC REIT 在声明中称，其旗下拥有 6 个数据中心，分别位于奥地利、新加坡和美国，总估值为 15.7 亿美元。

　　声明指出，此次 IPO 预计于 7 月 14 日进行，将发行 5.9989 亿个单位，定价为每个单位 1 美元（或 1.276 新加坡元）。

　　该公司表示，基石投资者（即在 IPO 向公众开放前就认购股份的大型机构投资者）合计持有 16.8% 的股份。

　　声明显示，新加坡主权财富基金 GIC 是基石投资者之一，持有 9.8% 的股份，成为仅次于 NTT 有限公司（持股 25%）的第二大投资者。
