7月6日上午消息，在参加央视《对话》节目录制后，理想汽车CEO李想在网络社交平台谈到，创业不是紧绷着硬熬，而是越做越知道怎么抓重点。

　　李想表示，“我每天的时间分配是631原则：60%扎在组织建设（员工培训、文化沟通这些‘软基建’）中，30%留给产品评审（管太多反而添乱），10%扑在AI相关新知识充电上，关键是想清楚‘不做什么’。我现在经常能做到一天手机不响，够松弛吧？”
