智通财经APP讯，汇景控股(09968)发布公告，预计集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度可能取得亏绌总额约人民币3.35亿元，而对比2023年同期则取得权益总额约人民币5.25亿元。
预期由权益总额转为亏绌总额的情况，主要源于截至本年度的亏损净额约为人民币8.01亿元，此乃由以下主要因素所致：(i)收益由截至2023年12月31日止年度的约人民币9.41亿元减少至截至本年度的约人民币2.41亿元，主要由于2024年主要交付项目面积减少且单价较低所致;(ii)根据存货可变现净值计提存货减值由截至2023年12月31日止年度的约人民币4850万元增加至截至本年度的约人民币1.44亿元，主要由于持作开发以供出售的土地估值减少所致;及(iii)财务成本由截至2023年12月31日止年度的约人民币1.78亿元增加至截至本年度的约人民币4.41亿元，主要由于贷款余额以及逾期利息增加所致。
