G201-Na是由石家庄以岭药业股份有限公司研发的化学药品1类新药，为小分子促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)受体拮抗剂。药物通过与垂体GnRH受体竞争性结合，抑制垂体性腺轴，减少内源性促黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)的生成和释放，降低雌激素水平，从而治疗雌激素依赖的相关疾病。
