APL Apollo Tubes Raises INR4 Billion via Commercial Papers

APL Apollo Tubes (NSE:APLAPOLLO, BOM:533758, BOM:533758) has raised 4 billion Indian rupees through the issuance of commercial papers in two tranches, according to a Monday filing.
The company issued 2 billion rupees to HSBC Liquid Fund at a 6.10% coupon for 67 days, maturing on Sept. 12, and another 2 billion rupees to Nippon India Liquid Fund at a 6.14% coupon for 77 days, maturing on Sept. 22, the filing said.
