【洪灏：稳定币的规模很快会超过万亿美元】金色财经报道，知名经济学家洪灏日前在一场线上对话中，就“稳定币：只是一股热潮还是真正的游戏规则改变者？”这一议题分享了最新观点。 洪灏认为，在香港发行的大多数稳定币将基于港元发行，而不是美国国债，此外，香港金管局拥有非常庞大的外汇储备，因此，香港的稳定币可能比美国的更稳定。且当前稳定币市场仍非常小，只有2500亿美元。他预计，随着越来越多的参与者加入，很快会远超万亿美元。而从理论上说，稳定币的发行确实会增加对美国国债的需求，因为现在市场上有多个参与者可以基于美国国债发行稳定币。但洪灏预计，在未来，对美国国债的真正需求将取决于美国政府的财政稳定性。另外，他指出，为了让外国参与者更多地与中国进行买卖，稳定币是解决跨境交易成本和速度问题的更好方式之一。 但对于中国的监管机构来说，稳定币也意味着支付系统的去中心化，可能对现有的监管框架构成挑战。但无论如何，他说：“稳定币的热潮已经开始，稳定币技术在日常生活中的地位将越来越突出，这将是一种趋势。”
