7月8日消息，索尼公司表示，由于部分机型出现意外关机、重启或无法开机等问题，已暂停其最新智能手机Xperia 1 VII的发货和门店销售。目前，索尼正在调查手机出现电源问题的原因，并提醒用户在此期间备份所有必要的数据。

这款无锁版（SIM-free version）智能手机上月刚上市，在索尼官方商店的零售价为204600日元（约合1400美元）。

上周，日本移动运营商NTT Docomo和KDDI已宣布暂停销售Xperia 1 VII。目前，索尼已暂停在日本和新加坡等国家地区的销售。
