本次交易预计将为 ReserveOne 带来超 10 亿美元融资，包括约 2.98 亿美元信托资金（假设无赎回）及 7.5 亿美元 PIPE 融资，其中包括 5 亿美元普通股及认股权证、2.5 亿美元可转债。
