翠华控股(01314.HK) 公布，集团首次公开发售所得款项净额金额约为7.944亿元，于公布日期，已动用所得款项净额约7.438亿元，而所得款项净额未动用部分约为5,060万元，其中未动用所得款项净额中约3,000万元拟用作建设华南厨房，预期会于2026年12月前获悉数动用；而余额2,060万元原计划预留作建设上海厨房之用。
公告指，鉴于目前集团在中国内地的餐厅仅小部分位于上海或其周边地区，出于成本效益考虑，董事局认为应搁置上海厨房的建设，并将款项重新分配用于额外营运资金及其他一般企业用途。(hc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
