7月4日，中国飞鹤（06186）发布公告，预计截至2025年6月30日止六个月的收益将介于91亿元至93亿元之间，较2024年同期的收益约101亿元下降。综合净利润预计介于10亿元至12亿元，较2024年同期的净利润约19亿元减少。此次业绩下滑主要由于公司履行社会责任提供生育补贴、降低渠道库存、政府补助减少及全脂奶粉产品减值计提等因素所致。
此外，公司还宣布了股份回购计划，董事会计划在2025年12月31日前回购不超过公司已发行股份总数10%的股份，总计9.07亿股。为此，公司将动用不少于10亿元的资金，资金来源为现有现金储备及自由现金流。董事会表示，回购计划反映了对公司长期前景的信心，并将用于后续出售或员工股权激励。
尽管面临短期挑战，董事会预计截至2025年12月31日止年度的股息总额将不少于20亿元，旨在向股东提供持续的投资回报，并保障公司的财务状况。股东和潜在投资者需注意，股息的派发将视乎市场情况而定，不能保证具体的时间或金额。
