UMH Properties, Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of two manufactured home communities in Conowingo, Maryland, for a total purchase price of $14.625 million. The communities, Conowingo Court and Maybelle Manor, comprise 191 developed homesites across approximately 82 acres. Maybelle Manor is fully occupied with 49 sites, featuring modern, homeowner-occupied multi-section homes, while Conowingo Court offers 142 sites with 101 currently occupied. This acquisition expands UMH's presence in Maryland and is expected to enhance operational efficiencies by complementing their existing community, Cinnamon Woods. This transaction is part of UMH's broader strategy, having acquired four communities this year, totaling 457 sites for $39.2 million, as they continue to explore further acquisition opportunities.
