Odaily星球日报讯 Circle 高管 Patrick Hansen 分享的最新数据显示，欧盟目前已向 53 家机构发放 MiCA 牌照，允许其在欧洲经济区 30 国范围内“护照通行”，无需逐一申请即可提供服务。 其中，14 家企业获准发行稳定币或电子货币代币（EMT），包括 Circle、Crypto.com、法国兴业银行、Stablemint、Quantoz 和 StablR 等；Tether 作为 USDT 发行方尚未获得合规许可，未列入名单。 另外 39 家获批的加密资产服务提供商（CASPs）则包括 BBVA、Robinhood、Coinbase、Kraken 和 OKX 等。币安未在此次名单中出现。
