美国游戏巨头Epic Games的负责人周二表示，该公司已撤回对三星电子公司的反垄断诉讼。该诉讼涉及三星在其移动设备上阻止来自谷歌和三星应用商店之外的软件的下载。

　　“鉴于双方的协商结果，我们决定撤销对三星的诉讼。我们很高兴三星能够解决我们所提出的问题。” Epic Games 的首席执行官兼创始人蒂姆·斯威尼在X上写道。

　　Epic Games以其热门在线射击游戏《堡垒之夜》而闻名，该公司去年在美国提起诉讼，原因是三星设备上的一项功能会自动阻止从谷歌应用商店和三星自家的“Galaxy 应用商店”之外的其他来源安装应用程序。

　　Epic 公司曾表示，这种机制构成了对竞争的不公平限制。Epic 用户必须先手动关闭该功能，然后才能从其官方网站下载该公司应用程序。

　　由于针对三星的诉讼已被撤销，Epic预计将继续单独与谷歌就法律问题展开争端。这两家美国科技巨头此前因应用商店政策和市场主导地位问题而展开了一场更广泛的法律斗争。
