据天眼查，江来先进制造技术（安徽）有限公司，由蔚来与江淮汽车共同投资5.1亿元成立，目前进入注销程序。

这一变动标志着双方合作的重大调整，蔚来近年来在研发和换电站建设上投入巨大，年度研发投入高达130亿元，换电站数量已突破2400座，单座建设成本达300万元。然而，今年一季度蔚来销量虽达4.2万辆，但收入环比下降近40%。为应对亏损，蔚来推出第二品牌乐道，并削减部分研发项目，甚至更换员工班车以降低成本。蔚来CEO李斌表示，公司计划在第四季度实现盈利，但按当前亏损速度，这一目标面临巨大挑战。蔚来未来需在降低成本的同时，进一步拓展市场、提升销量，以实现可持续发展。
