科创公司债及科创次级债计划募集资金总额合计不超过人民币10.00亿元(含人民币 10.00亿元)，可一次发行或分期发行。
为拓宽本公司融资管道，优化债务结构，满足本公司业务发展的需要，董事会建议在中国境内发行短期公司债券。
发行短期公司债券计划募集资金总额不超过人民币34.00亿元(含人民币34.00亿元)，可一次发行或分期发行。
