HY Energy Group (SHA:600387) will be delisted from the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 11 after failing to address audit disclaimers in its 2023 to 2024 financial reports, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the integrated energy operation and investment company closed 1% higher Monday.
The stock, which entered a 15-day delisting period on June 16, will now trade on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations delisted board.
