消息面上，据时代财经报道，从北海康成获悉，其戈谢病一类创新药“戈芮宁”开出首张处方，今日首位患者已在新华医院接受治疗。今年5月13日，该药物在中国获批上市，用于12岁及以上青少年和成人I型和Ⅲ型戈谢病患者长期酶替代治疗。就是否参与今年国家医保谈判，北海康成表示正在积极准备。
北海康成创始人、董事长兼首席执行官薛群博士此前表示，进口戈谢病药物的价格非常昂贵，患者年治疗费用在150万元到250万元之间，很多中国的戈谢病患者即使在进口产品注册批准上市10多年甚至15年以上的情况下，仍无法获得治疗。戈芮宁可以通过分段生产，把药品产线布置在不同地区的厂房甚至是不同的公司，通过提高产能利用率降低成本，虽然目前还不能透露具体定价，但公司有信心让国内戈谢病患者的年治疗费用大幅下降至少50%。
