【环球网财经综合报道】7月7日，据路透社消息，高盛日前预计，OPEC+将在9月将石油产量配额提高55万桶/日，此举将完成220万桶/日的自愿减产量的全面撤销。鉴于全球石油需求具有韧性，这些国家正寻求使闲置产能正常化。

周日公布的这一预测是在OPEC+周六同意8月增产54.8万桶/日之后做出的。此次增产进一步加快了该组织在首次会议上的产出速度。高盛称：“周六宣布加快供应增量，这让我们更加确信，从去年夏天我们就开始关注到的这一转变仍在持续，即转向一种更长期的平衡状态，该状态聚焦于使闲置产能和市场占比正常化、维护内部团结，以及从战略上约束美国页岩油供应。”

该银行预计，OPEC+原油产量在3月至9月期间将增加167万桶/日，达到3320万桶/日。（闻辉）
