　　波特诺伊写道：“更新——我买入了价值1000万美元的特斯拉股票，希望在两周或更短的时间内反弹10%。”他还将这一举动标记为“crazyelon play”（疯狂的埃隆游戏），指的是特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克的不稳定行为，这已成为近年来特斯拉股价波动的一个决定性特征。

　　在这条帖子附带的视频中，波特诺伊详细介绍了他在这笔高风险交易背后的思考过程。“我在看着特斯拉，它下跌了7.5%，我现在是否应该向特斯拉投资1000万美元，希望能赚到10%，也就是100万美元？”

　　波特诺伊说，他的目标是用这笔投资在两周内赚到10%或“一百万美元”，然后他计划把这笔钱带到纽约的萨拉托加赛马场。

　　周一，特斯拉股价收盘下跌6.79%，至293.94美元，此前马斯克与美国总统特朗普之间的不和不断升级，马斯克决定组建一个新的政治实体，名为“美国党”。
