消息面上，荣昌生物今日宣布，我国首个获批上市的原创抗体偶联（ADC）药物维迪西妥单抗（商品名：爱地希®）一项新适应症的上市许可申请，已获国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心（CDE）受理（受理号：CXSS2500072），用于联合特瑞普利单抗治疗HER2表达的局部晚期或转移性尿路上皮癌患者，HER2表达定义为HER2免疫组织化学检查结果为1+、2+或3+。
此前6月26日，荣昌生物宣布向Vor Bio授出泰它西普大中华外独家开发权。据此，Vor Bio应向荣昌生物及荣普合伙支付总价值1.25亿美元的代价，其中包括公司将从Vor Bio取得4500万美元的首付款和Vor Bio将向荣普合伙发行价值8000万美元的认股权证。
