智通财经APP获悉，海隆控股(01623)今早复牌，盘中一度飙涨近95%，截至发稿，涨55.75%，报0.176港元，成交额1688万港元。
消息面上，海隆控股昨日发布公告称，公司已达成所有复牌指引，申请于2025年7月8日上午九时正起恢复公司股份于联交所买卖。据悉，海隆控股于2024年4月2日起暂停买卖，原因是在2023 年审计过程中，前任核数师罗兵咸永道识别出与俄罗斯附属公司相关的若干关键未决审计事项，主要涉及2022 年10 月至2023年12月期间与MTC公司之间的交易结构。该交易包括大额采购与回购安排。
此外，海隆控股此前发布2024年度业绩，持续经营业务收入46.68亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长9.8%；公司所有者应占利润2827.5万元，同比下降81%；每股基本盈利0.0167元。期内收入同比增加，主要由于油田服务及海洋工程服务分部的收入增加。
