里昂认为，近期太阳能股票价格势头来自于：1)政府在供应端政策上的一些积极信号；2)市场上流传关于多晶硅行业潜在整合以及最低平均销售价格指引的讨论；3)太阳能玻璃的供应削减；4)多晶硅平均销售价格反弹。
尽管近期频繁出现积极信号，里昂指仍在等待有关潜在供应端政策的更多细节，而非仅仅新闻和市场传言，以帮助该行业真正进入复苏阶段。
