China Aviation Oil Wins Legal Battle With Banque de Commerce Et De Placements as Singapore Appellate Court Upholds Ruling

China Aviation Oil (Singapore) (SGX:G92) won a legal battle with Banque de Commerce Et De Placements (BCP) after the Court of Appeal of Singapore dismissed the latter's appeal over allegations of deceit, according to a late Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trading.

The appellate court upheld the decision of a Singapore court, awarding the company costs of around SG$100,000.

The judgement is final and not appealable.
