HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (KRX:009540) secured an order for two container ships from a client in the Oceania region, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The deal is valued at 417.4 billion won, and the shipbuilder will deliver the container ships by June 2028.
Shares of HD Korea Shipbuilding rose more than 1% in recent trade.
