2025年6月17日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，山东钢铁集团有限公司2025年度第九期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
中诚信国际肯定了山东钢铁集团有限公司（以下简称“山钢集团”或“公司”）具备规模优势、重点产品竞争力强、政府支持力度大、参股股东助益钢铁主业实力增强、节能环保生产水平持续提升以及融资渠道畅通等方面的优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到行业下行压力、公司债务负担仍较重以及战略重组事项等对公司经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
资料显示，公司于2008年3月17日成立，由济钢集团、莱芜钢铁集团有限公司（以下简称“莱钢集团”）和山东省冶金工业总公司所属单位（不含本部）的国有产权划转形成。公司目前业务以钢铁冶炼、加工为主，重点产品为中厚板、H型钢、热轧薄板等，还涉及矿产资源开发、金融、物流贸易、装备制造、工程技术服务等非钢产业，2024年及2025年一季度分别实现营业总收入1,125.18亿元和264.40亿元。
