星报讯 近日，记者从庐阳区获悉，位于合瓦路与临泉路交口西北角的庐州意库·南COOL项目已完成交付，计划于今年11月正式开园运营，为市民提供集文化创意、休闲体验于一体的多元化社交新空间。
庐州意库·南COOL与繁华的宜家商圈仅一街之隔。该项目通过对原有老旧仓储设施的改造升级，进一步盘活存量资源，提升城市空间品质，改造后总建筑面积达1万平方米。“我们致力于打造一个集文化创意、休闲体验、配套商业、科技办公、品牌展示等业态于一体的文化科技产业融合示范园区。”庐州意库·南COOL项目相关负责人表示。未来，这里将成为庐阳新的优质企业聚集地、文旅网红打卡地。
据了解，2019年，招商蛇口、中国外运长航就与庐阳区共同开发了合肥首个意库系文创园区——庐州意库北库项目。 如今，庐州意库北库已成为庐阳区城市更新的“文创样板”，涵盖文创体验、文创办公、潮酷运动、特色餐饮、艺术展示等元素，杨重光艺术工作室、大疆创新、零跑汽车、广汽传祺、尼鹿咖啡、提香园艺等众多知名企业、文创品牌相继入驻。该园区先后荣获“首批合肥市文创园区”“合肥市特色文化街区”等称号。
目前，距离庐州意库·南COOL不远的庐州半里坊项目也已建成并进入试运营阶段。未来，合瓦路片区将串联起庐州意库南北库区、庐州半里坊等项目，打造“城市更新+产业转型升级”的示范街区。
