BlockBeats 消息，7 月 7 日，据乌克兰真理报，乌克兰总统泽连斯基签署法令，对帮助俄罗斯通过加密货币转移资产的个人和法人实体实施制裁。
此次制裁针对 60 家公司，其中 55 家为俄罗斯企业。根据泽连斯基制裁政策专员弗拉迪斯拉夫·弗拉修克的说法，被制裁实体包括 19 家参与规避制裁计划的主要加密货币矿商、17 家数字金融资产发行系统运营商、19 家俄罗斯金融基础设施企业以及 5 家涉及规避制裁的加密货币交易所运营商。
名单还包括 5 家非俄罗斯居民但参与帮助俄罗斯规避限制的公司，如塞浦路斯的 TOKENTRUST HOLDINGS LIMITED、哈萨克斯坦的 EXMO RBC LTD 以及阿联酋的三家企业。
