消息面上，远大医药公告，基于钇[90Y]微球注射液DOORwaY90临床试验的突破性中期数据成功达到预设的共同主要终点，FDA提前正式批准了该产品新增适应症，用于治疗不可切除肝细胞癌（HCC），且未限制肿瘤直径大小。这标志着SIR-Spheres®钇[90Y]微球注射液成为了全球首个且唯一获FDA批准用于不可切除HCC和结直肠癌肝转移双重适应症的选择性内放射治疗产品。
据悉，易甘泰钇[90Y]微球注射液自中国获批上市后快速放量，截至2024年末，已累计治疗近2,000例患者，2024年该产品实现近5亿港币销售收入，同比增速超140%。随着其适应症的拓展，易甘泰钇[90Y]微球注射液未来有望革新肝癌治疗格局，惠及规模更为庞大的肝癌患者。
