消息面上，7月5日，鸿海精密公布数据显示，受益于AI服务器和iPhone强劲需求推动，公司二季度营收同比增长15.8%，达到新台币1.8万亿元，基本符合市场预期，预计下一季度营收将实现环比和同比双增长。AI供应链需求持续强劲，主要源于云服务提供商的支出保持稳定。而iPhone生产订单的增加则主要来自潜在关税影响前客户对加急交付的需求。
兴业证券此前发布研报称，海外AI龙头CY25Q1维持积极的全年资本开支规划，AI算力需求持续增长有助于推动鸿腾精密XPU/GPU连接插槽、MCIO缆线、电源解决方案、冷却模块等解决方案需求，公司也在与母集团、合作伙伴共同开发CPO解决方案。依托鸿海集团在资源和产业链上的支撑，公司有望发挥技术实力和运营管理优势，AI业务有助于推动公司收入、盈利持续增长。
