易生活控股(00223.HK) 公布，有关公司延迟发出2024年中期业绩及报告的法证调查及内部监控审查已完成，公司委聘的独立调查员凯晋企业顾问已完成法证调查，调查范围包括前董事会成员涉及中国附属公司不寻常交易的指控，以及相关收入、成本及投资活动文件缺失等问题，报告已提交联交所审阅。
同时，公司委托的信永方略风险管理已完成内部监控审查及跟进审查，涵盖2024年4月至2025年3月期间集团内部监控系统及程序，报告亦已提交联交所。
