智通财经APP讯，莎莎国际(00178)发布公告，公司董事会于2025年7月8日决议通过一项股份购买计划，公司将视乎市场情况于未来12个月以不超过2000万港元总代价在公开市场上(1)回购公司普通股，及(2)根据公司于2014年4月11日采纳的股份奖励计划，指示负责管理股份奖励计划的受托人购买股份。董事会将不时检讨及全权酌情决定如何分配股份购买额度用于股份回购及奖励股份购买。
董事会留意到近期公司股价较为波动，认为公司价值目前被严重低估，为尽快提振投资者信心及提升股东回报，决定采纳该股份购买计划。
董事会认为实施股份购买计划符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。于现况下进行股份购买可展示公司对业务展望及前景充满信心，且最终会为公司带来裨益及为股东创造价值。董事会认为，公司现有充足财务资源足以实施股份购买计划并维持稳健的财务状况。
