2025年6月18日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，陕西有色金属控股集团有限责任公司2025年度第三期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
中诚信国际肯定了陕西有色金属控股集团有限责任公司（以下简称“陕西有色”或“公司”）钼资源储量位居国内前列，钼、钛产品规模优势突出，产业链完整、业务多样性强、经营质量提升及融资渠道畅通等方面的优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到行业周期性波动及减值损失对公司盈利水平影响较大、有色金属板块利润空间有所收窄，硅产品板块经营产生亏损、总债务规模较大等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
资料显示，陕西有色金属控股集团有限责任公司前身为陕西有色金属集团有限公司，2003年经陕西省人民政府《陕政函[2003]112号》文件批准进行改制并更为现名。公司是一家集有色金属地质勘探、冶金设计、矿山采选、冶炼加工、内外贸易等于一体的大型综合性国有企业，主要经营的金属品种包括钼、钛、铝、铅锌、贵金属、钒、铁钨锰等，2024年实现营业总收入1,770.12亿元。
