法国IT服务公司凯捷（Capgemini）周一表示，已同意以33亿美元现金收购技术外包公司WNS，以利用其为寻求改变业务流程的公司提供的Agentic AI产品。

　　凯捷表示，其对WNS每股股票的出价为76.50美元，较该股7月3日收盘价溢价17%，而且不包括印度WNS的金融债务。

　　通过此次收购，凯捷旨在创建一个咨询业务服务，专注于指导企业如何通过生成式人工智能和代理式人工智能改革其运营，该公司表示，这将吸引“大量”投资。

　　凯捷在一份新闻声明中表示，该公司预计这笔交易将立即增加其营收和营业利润率。

　　该公司表示，该交易将使其正常每股盈利在2026年协同效应之前增加4%，在2027年协同效应后增加7%。该公司今年的财务指引没有改变。
