Temperature-controlled logistics service provider Snowman Logistics (NSE:SNOWMAN, BOM:538635) has begun operations at its new warehousing facility in Kundli, India, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company has taken the facility on a long-term lease. It adds 3,576 pallet positions to the company's capacity, which has now increased to 154,330 pallets across 44 warehouses in 21 cities in India.
The Kundli warehouse will help the company serve industries such as quick service restaurants, ice cream, dairy, ready-to-eat meals, fresh produce, and pharmaceuticals, among others.
The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent trade.
