Synlait Milk (ASX:SM1, NZE:SML) said that Chief Operating Officer Paul Mallard resigned and will depart the company in December this year, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
Synlait is now launching a search for a new COO, the filing added.
