GemLife Communities Group (ASX:GLF) said that settlement under the firm's underwriting agreement has occurred and that the allotment and issue of securities to applicants under the product disclosure statement lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on June 17 had been completed, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The retirement resort operator said that the conditions of the conditional market described in the prospectus and product disclosure statement had been satisfied.
GemLife's shares fell past 2% in recent trading on Tuesday.
