MoleMap 是一家在澳大利亚和新西兰设有超过 120 家门诊的皮肤癌诊断与治疗连锁机构，在经历数年的私募基金控股之后，正在评估其未来走向。

据《Street Talk》了解，MoleMap 的母公司——总部位于奥克兰的 Pioneer Capital——近几个月一直在与投行 Allier Capital 合作，探索潜在选项。目前尚未就退出方案作出最终决定。

根据今年 4 月媒体报道中披露的信息，MoleMap 本财年预计实现税息折旧摊销前利润（EBITDA）400 万新西兰元（约合 370 万澳元）。但据知情人士透露，尚无启动正式出售流程的计划。

MoleMap 创立于 1996 年，主营业务为为客户拍摄高分辨率全身图像，用于痣和皮肤病变的诊断、记录与监测，并提供外科治疗服务。

值得一提的是，MoleMap 拥有的病灶图像数据库曾被用于训练 IBM 的人工智能“沃森”（Watson）超级计算机，以帮助其识别早期黑色素瘤。

该机构目前提供三种皮肤检查服务：全身痣检查为 399 澳元，小范围检查分别为 279 澳元和 229 澳元。

此外，MoleMap 还开发了名为“Kāhu AI”的人工智能工具，用于协助诊断，目前在澳大利亚和新西兰共约 120 家门诊中使用。
