智通财经APP获悉，裕丰昌控股(08631)盘中涨超13%，截至发稿，涨9.8%，报0.56港元。
消息面上，裕丰昌控股此前公布截至2025年3月31日止年度的年度业绩，实现收益5549.8万港元。值得注意的是，集团收益来源已变得更加多元化。柴油销售仍是最大分部，为4120万港元(74.3%)，对总额的贡献大幅下降；而集团成功将石油衍生品销售业务拓展至中国内地市场。石油衍生品的销售成为主要贡献者，2025财年产生收益1090万港元(19.7%）；于中国内地市场开拓的业务合计占集团总收入的23.3%，标志着重大战略转型。
展望未来，管理层将继续优化传统柴油业务营运效率，积极把握市场复苏机遇，同时进一步扩大石油衍生品业务规模，深化产业链布局，并持续完善电商渠道建设，提升终端销售能力，为发展及降低风险提供关键途径。值得注意的是，裕丰昌控股旗下的在佳共享云仓近日宣布，将依托急时汽车物流集团，在陕西设置15座共享云仓。
