智通财经APP讯，MOS HOUSE(01653)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司Petracer’s China Limited(Petracer)已成功向香港海关注册成为A类贵金属及宝石交易商，自2025年7月3日起生效。该注册受香港法例第615章《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例》约束，并授权Petracer经营贵金属及宝石业务，包括进行指明交易，但不包括进行指明现金交易。
透过获得此牌照，集团将扩展其业务范围，包括贵金属及宝石交易、多元化其投资组合，并提高股东回报。
集团管理层正在编制业务计划及营运手册，当中将包括合适的人员及内部控制，以确保该新业务的良好管治。
