Amber International Holding Limited has successfully closed a US$25.5 million private placement, selling 12,200,915 Class A ordinary shares, equivalent to 2,440,183 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), at a price of US$10.45 per ADS. The placement attracted a distinguished group of institutional investors, including CMAG Funds, Mile Green, Pantera Capital, Choco Up, and Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited. The proceeds are earmarked to enhance Amber International's US$100 million crypto reserve initiative, aimed at supporting long-term ecosystem alignment and product innovation. The company's outstanding shares now total 468,414,626, comprising 432,181,389 Class A ordinary shares and 36,233,237 Class B ordinary shares.
